To provide an independent* espresso service to the hospitality industry.
To cover all aspects of espresso services -installations, periodic maintenance, emergency repairs, barista training, dose & grind settings, ﬁne tuning machine performance, full machine reconditioning.
To maintain a 24 hour – 7 day network that will respond to emergencies immediately.

* Independent – non coffee affiliated.

Our Company

Our company is passionate about providing a high standard of service to the coffee industry.

We have over 25 years hospitality experience. After successfully running our own cafes and restaurants in Sydney, we now focus on servicing the industry. We understand the needs of our customers and the importance of professional, capable and reliable service.

The espresso machine has become the pivotal focus of most food businesses. Our company understands this. We pride ourselves on the efficient, competent and ﬂexible service we give our customers.

Our call centre operates 24\7 and responding to emergencies takes immediate priority. Our staff are also very happy to offer free advice on technical matters and ways to reduce maintenance costs.

SERVICE CHARGES

Normal Trading Hours
Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm

Call out $240 including ﬁrst hour labour
Labour $120 per additional hour

(All prices are ex GST)

After Hours,
Weekends & Public Holidays

After Hours call out $380 including ﬁrst hour labour
After Hours labour $190 per additional hour

Areas Covered

We are based on the Northern Beaches, Sydney but will cover the greater Sydney Metro.

Outer limits being – Palm Beach, Hornsby, Richmond, Penrith, Campbelltown and Sutherland.

Beyond that, travel charges will apply at $1 per km. As of 1st June 2020, we have a opened a new branch in Canberra, servicing ACT and the surrounding rural areas (travel charges apply).
